Back in New Zealand!  Merry Xmas & Happy New Year

Good to be home.  Can't believe Xmas is here!  Wishing you all much health, wealth and happiness for 2012 - and may all your dreams come true.  We will be taking bookings for the New Year from 09 January onwards.  Denise & Shona will be spending Xmas with family and friends - then Denise is off to the Prana Festival in Coromandel for the New Year.

Don't forget to do your vision board for 2012.  You can make it, simply by cutting pictures from magazines and pasting them on cardboard.  It can be a collage of words and pictures.  Be specific - I've found verbalizing and explaining my visison board out aloud, gets extra results from the universe and my guides.  Then hang your board where you can look at it each day - closet wall, bedroom, back of the toilet door.  At the end of the year you can reflect on what's been achieved - you may be quietly surprised!

May you have an amazing and fabulous 2012.  Live your spirit!!  Wishing you much laughter, happiness and love - all the best ..... Cheers Denise & Shona.

Daily Diary - Japan

Reflection: Sitting here at wired cafe, Shibuya having iced cafe latte.  Thinking in reflection of whats been.  I`ve had a blast.  Lived in the NOW every day, havent thought of the past months (seems like years ago now).  Ancient history, and just the NOW and the future.  Chen stimulated my mind with ideas and new opportunities to explore when I go home.  Reconnected with great friends whom I met 11 years ago - Yoshi, Kumi. Ebi, Kelvin, And of course love and more love for Nikie and Coco.  Met some super new friends, Chi, Hannah, U, Rayco just to name a few.  And lovely ladies in the Zespri office.  Tina and I have loved the experience of coming back to Japan - our own `soulful reunion` - (wish you were here Nat) a country where we had a wonderful time 11 years ago, and again in 2011.  Time passes, but friendships always remain.   I`ve eaten the most tasty gorgeous food (cant get enough of Japanese).  I`ve had soul times learning about Reiki in Japan, and I`ve loved every moment.  So now my EAT, PRAY, LOVE journey comes to an end .... and on to new beginnings back in New Zealand.  I`ll cry like a baby when I leave Coco and Nikie. (he,he,he).  But looking forward to coming home - seeing Mr woo, Mum, Dad, Ange, Jasper, friends and neighbours.  Having wines with you all and telling you all about my experiences.   Like the saying `yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift`.  You never know what life holds - so treat every day as a gift.  It has certainly been a wonderous growing period in my life.  A crux point of change - and I`m embracing it with vigour.  Just for today do not worry, work hard, be grateful, be kind and do not anger - (the reiki principles).  In summary - Go with the flow, change is good, experience life and have no regrets.  Each experience is a lesson - we learn more and grow from our experienes.  I`ve learnt to live my spirit more.  Sayonara and see you all in New Zealand.  Love, light and happiness to all - may you smile each and every day.  See you in New Zealand.  Nisey XX

02 Dec Update:  Shibuya again today - Tinas doing final shopping for her girls at home.  brought a pair of platform heels - cant believe how tall I now am.  We have our farewell dinner with the Zespri gals tonight.  9 of us will have dinner in Akasaka.  Then drinks and Karaoke.  Looking forward to catching up with them all.  Off to Yokohama china town on Saturday, final dinner with Coco and Nikie and then its home on Monday.

01 Dec Update:  Cant believe its December!  Time flys when you`re having fun.  Today we had traditional sushi and sashimi at one of Tokyos best restaurants.  It only has 10 seats.  We had very expensive Tuna (from the Omori region).  Comes from North Japan seas.  Tasted like seared beef - was delicious. Fujiwara-san hosted us - a friend of Dougs whom invited Tina and I for lunch.  Then off for more shopping this time in Shibuya - followed by Yakatori and Grape Chu Hi`s at our local Yakatori restaurant (where you sit Japanese style) at small tables on Tatami mats.  Nikie, Coco, Tina and I - the awesome 4!  They do free drinks with dinner from 8-10pm so we downed as much as we could (we are on a budget after all) he,he,he.  Soul to soul talks with the gals - will miss them when we leave.

30 Nov Update:  Lunch with Chen and his secretary today - at his favourite Japanese restaurant near the office.  Great to catch up and hear words of wisdom.  Then off to Harajuku for shopping with Tina - and drinks with Kelvin who was visiting from China.  Just like old Zespri days.  A nice reunion and good to reconnect.  Otta, Michico and Chi joined us. 6 in all - the sake and Shochu came out....  Tina, Nikie and I were the only ones who could walk straight (we didnt have the sake)!  Chi wore her Kimono.  What a powerful drinker she is ..... Kelvin challenged Chi and Otta with the sake (2 ladies).  By the end of the night he was the worst (he,he).  Then off for coffee at 971.

29 Nov Update:  Off to Asakusa with Tina.  We did all the shops and markets, brought a couple of tops - then to Odaiba for the evening to meet Kumi.  We went to Joypolis - which is an indoor amusement park.  went on the half pipe ride again - finally conquered the ride which I was so scared of 11 years ago.  (Last time I just closed by eyes and screamed all the way).... he,he,he.  This time I just giggled and laughed.  Then we had a beautiful dinner overlooking the Tokyo city.  Great to catch up with Kumi.

28 Nov Update:  Gee the late nights are catching up with me.  Found it difficult to rise this morning. (he,he).  Tina says when I drink, I snore (smile) - I obviously got that trait from Mum (he,he,he).  Off to Tokyo DisneySea today.  Was awesome.  Packed with people for a Monday - we couldn`t believe the number of people there.  We did 8 rides and watched the shows with Mickey and Minnie.  We wore Minnie ears and even did the merry go round.  We stayed for the night parade then caught the train home.  Back to Roppongi for drinks - made it in the door by 1.00am.  Fabulous, but a very long day!

27 Nov Update:  Had a funny experience (broke the toilet) Nikie said all these weeks it got clogged up with me using too much toilet paper (he,he).  The plumber had to be called, and that night Tina and I had a hilarious time peeing outside.  Early morning rise and off to Hakone for the day.  We caught the Romance train - which is similar to the Shinkansen trains, but more for sightseeing.  Hakone is a tourist spot.  We caught the cable cars across the peaks to the volcanic plateaus to experience `black eggs` (normal eggs cooked in the volcanic water).  Each egg is said to add 10 years to your life, so I had 1 1/2 eggs - as did Tina.  Then we sailed across Lake Ashi on the tourist boat (bit like experiencing Milford sounds) to the Hakone temples and took photos of Mt Fuji.  Was a lovely day.  We had yakatori dinner back in Tokyo and of course drinks back at 971.

26 Nov Update:  Tina arrived safely last night.  YAHOO we are here together - our reunion 11 years later in Tokyo Japan.  We took her for drinks in Roppongi with Nikie and Coco.  Then it was to the Ueno markets on Saturday morning - followed by drinks in Roppongi with Hannah, Coco, Nikie and her nephew U.  We had a great dinner - Chi also joined us - then of course 2 hours of singing at Karaoke.  Lots of fun and smiles, great energy.

25 Nov Update:  Joined Yoshi and the Zespri gal`s for sampling Kiwifruit this morning at Tokyo`s Otta Market.  4.30am rise feeling a little tired this afternoon.  Local Gold Kiwifruit grown under Zespri licence was sampled.  I helped Nikie and Yuki cut Kiwifruit.  Just like Old roadshow times in USA and Japan.  Was nice to see the Zespri branding materials and the roadshow teams all in action.  Also good to see Ebihara-san again - Sales Manager for Japan.  He always brought the customers down on the Zespri Tours which we hosted.  Some new faces at Zespri, lovely to meet everyone.  Off now to have a nap, before Tina arrives at 7.30pm tonight!  Hope you are all well back in New Zealand.

23 Nov Update:  Today was a national holiday in Japan - so coco, nikie and I put on our sneakers again to tackle Mt Takao -boy the mountain was crowded.  I think half of Japan was there! (he,he,he).  Had a lift ride up the mountain.  The seat was so small (made for japanese bottoms) I thought I was going to slip off.  Was actually a little scared - so was Coco for me .... so all we did was giggle and laugh the whole way up.  While Nikie took some very unflattering photos of me trying to hang on.  I still laugh thinking about it.  Visited the Monkey enclosure at the top of the mountain - the keeper did a commentary on the monkeys 50 in all.  Coco and I couldn`t stop laughing at the one sitting right in front of us `pulling himself`.  he,he,he.  You had to be there, was hiliarious.  And the fact that it looked like a Matsustaki mushroom!  Then off to the Brewery (this time we took the cable car down).  We did the brewery tour at Suntory - and a few sample beers later - we stopped back at Shimokitazawa for Yakatori and grape sours (yes again!).  Nikies nephew `U` joined us.  Karaoke after - `U` was great singing Lady Gaga.  It`s been fun, fun, fun and more fun.  As they say in Japanese (see you) `Ja Nae` - eat, pray, love XX Nisey.

22 Nov Update:  Visited the Zespri office today.  Caught up with Chen, President of Zespri Japan.  Tina and I will have dinner with him next Tuesday.   Has been brilliant to catch up with old and new colleagues.  Nice to renew bonds from over 7 years at Zespri with everyone.  Dinner with Yuki, Megumi and Nikie at Korean BBQ in Shinjuku.  Was a lovely experience.  They give you a paper apron to protect you from the BBQ oil - just as well, I got splatted all over (he,he,he).  Then off the to Irish pubs.  Thanks Gals, was great to share the evening with you.

21 Nov Update:  Shibuya for the day, then off to meet Nikie and coco at the gym - for Yakatori in Roppongi Hills.  I never tire of Yakatori and grape sours .. as they say in Japan oishii.  Then off to see Xmas lights in Midtown Roppongi - just beautiful.  They really get into the spirit of Xmas here.  And of course our last drink at 971 (which has become our evening tradition).

20 Nov Update:  Coco and I visited Asakusa (a temple in tokyo) lots of markets.  Was packed with people.  Enjoyed browsing through all the stores.  Brought back memories when Tina, Nat and I visited.  Then off to have Tempura for lunch.  Still cool to be here, something new every day.

19 Nov Update:  Getting cooler as the winter approaches.  Dinner in Shimkiazawa with Coco. Visited Cocos apartment.  Lovely modern style.   Drinks and then Thai - a bit hot, but lovely taste.  Lots of garlic -just as well Nikie is visiting her home town Shizuoka for the weekend.  (he,he,he).  Thanks Coco for your hospitality.

18 Nov Update:  Dinner with Yoshi and Hitomi-san in Ginza.  Great to catch up with Robic-mania friends from 10 years ago.  They hadn`t changed.  Still look young as ever!  Was fab to catch up the past 10 years.  We had Kushige (which is fried crumbed Japanese food) Lots of laughs, lovely energy - just like old times.  Thanks Ladies.

17 Nov Update: Lovely to catch up with Rayco and new Jikiden friends.  Off to Meiji shrine, lunch in Harajuku - and then to Dr Usui Sensei`s grave site to pay respects to the founder of Reiki.  A lovely day, and a lovely blend of Reiki energies, information and experiences.  Thank you Rayco for organising and thanks to the ladies who came along.  You are all very special people.

16 Nov Update: Lunch with Mikako and Stephen - lovely to catch up.  Then Ginza for shopping and a facial.  Wow what an experience!  They steam and massage your face, then use a machine (like at the dentist) which makes a sucking noise.  This sucks out all the crap in your pores.  Then coat it in collagen. Never had such a clean, smooth, revitalized face - should have seen all the gunk in the machine (he,he,he). They have such wonderful skin technology here.  Japanese woman like to have beautiful skin.  Most of the ladies all have skin doctors - and medicine to make their skin white, no marks, and smooth.  No wonder that they all look so young!  Have to have another Japanese facial before I leave, it`s an experience in itself.  Off to have Yakatori and Cassis Sodas with my new face (he,he,he)

15 Nov Update:  Had a wonderful time in Kyoto over these past days.  Did my Komyo Reiki Masters with Sensei-Hyakuten Inamoto who`ll be coming to Auckland, New Zealand to teach his Masters course in November 2012.  And guess who`ll be arranging his conference ME.  I`m So excited he has much knowledge to share.  A very humble and loving energy.  Gassho Sensei, Maya and Komoco-san!

Caught up with old friends for dinner in Kyoto - Keno san, his colleague and Hayashi.  Was lovely to see Hayashi, she visited New Zealand many years ago on the Zespri tour program - and when we were in Japan for supermarket promotions.  Lovely to catch up.

Special thanks to Machiko whom showed Nikie, Coco and I around Mt Kurama - The birth place of Reiki.  Mt Kurama is not an easy place to walk or find.  I huffed and puffed all the way up - but was well worth the walk.  I`ve never seen so many steps. (he,he,he)   Was a full day trip.  We were all tired that evening!   I`m pleased to say that I`ve been all the way from New Zealand.  I was also grateful to experience the energy at Kurama - could feel it volt right through me - was lovely.   Look forward to sharing my experiences with you all when I get home.

Nikie arranged a great itinerary - Kiyomizu temple at night, Shimogamojinja, Silver Temple, Nijo Castle, Imperial Garden, shopping in Gion and more and more shrines and temples, 1000 budda .....  A superb temple stay at Kyoto Chishakuin Temple.  Nikie, coco and I slept on Tatami mats, did the Japanese bath and at 5.45am rose for the dawn ceremony. (Rather I showered, then took a dip) he,he.   The chanting of the monks in the temple was a beautiful experience.  Very spiritual as they did their mantras and prayers.   Then off to do shopping and more tourists spots ....

Finished with the bullet train home - takes approx 2.5 hours to travel 600km.  Finished with a drink at 971 our local bar 9.30pm.  The got home, did laundry, cleaned up and had a cup of tea.  Gosh with everything we did Kyoto seems like such a long memory now.  But a great memory.  This week it`s lunches and dinners with friends, facials, and more Grape ChuHi`s and Cassis Sodas.  Will also be visiting Usuis grave site with Jinkiden friends.  So far Japan has been a great fun. I`ve loved the smiles and laughter and also the opportunity to learn and educate myself more about Reiki.  Trip of a life time.  Can`t wait for Tina to arive.

So from Japan - Eat, Pray, Love and Sayonara XXX

09 Nov Update:  Shopping in Takeshita street -@Harajuku, which is a famous tourist spot in Tokyo.  A long paved alleyway road with lots of clothes and bargin stores.  Got a bit lost getting there.  I walked from Omote-sando but in the opposite direction, and ended up in Aoyama Itchome.  Quite a few kms after and sore feet, I finally stumble on Harajuku through the back streets (he,he,he).  Brought some boots for Ange.  Then it was back on the subway for a visit to the Zespri Japan office.  Great to see old faces of friends - Yoshi, Kumi, Stephen, and some new ones.   That evening we moved to Sasazuka for Ten pin bowling and Okonomiyaki (Japanese Omlettes) with new friends Yumiko, Hiromi and of course Nikie, Me and Coco.  Lots of fun!  Guess who got the lowest score ME!   Gosh these gal`s are all pros with scores well into the 100`s for just one game.  Okonomiyaki was tasty.  But my favorites still Yakatori!  You can`t beat Yakatori and Grape Chi Hi`s (yee ha!).   And of course we finished the night back in Roppongi at 971 which has become our local for the last drink of the evening before walking home.

Today lunch at Midtown, a look around Roppongi before returning home - and then moving to Shibuya -which is like Times Square New York Japanese style, to meet Kumi from Zespri Japan.  Dinner with Kumi, Maki (who is here from NZ) and Nikie.  Was lovely to catch up with Kumi - lots of laughter and smiles.

Day 6: Packing for Kyoto.  Lunch midtown - movies tonight followed by dinner and drinks with Nikie.

Reiki friends in Japan are arranging to take me to Dr Usui`s grave site next week, and Meiji temple - which are both supposed to be `power spots` in Japan. Can`t wait.

Meanwhile, off to Kyoto for 5 days to do my Shinpiden (masters degree) with Hyakuten Inamoto in Komyo Style Reiki.  There are some differences between Western style (which Mum and I are certified in) and Japanese style Reiki today.  So I am learning Japanese style for my own personal development and knowledge.  Hyakuten has kindly offered to do an interview/questions article for our Reiki NZ Magazine.  Erica our editor sent me questions for the interview.  I also have copies of our Reiki News Magazine to give him, so he can see what we do in New Zealand.   So excited.

Nikie and Coco will be joining me in Kyoto for a couple of days.  We`ll be doing temple stay and a visit to Mt Kurama & kibune, Kiyomizu Temple in the evening (now they open the temple in the evenings for the night view of Kyoto), a zen meditation, lunch at a famous restaurant, other sites, and catching up with Zespri customer(s) whom I hosted while they were visiting New Zealand with Zespri.  They kindly invited us to dinner while in Kyoto.  Will be lovely to catch up and share memories.

Eat, pray, love, catch up with you all when I`m back from Kyoto.

04 Nov Update: Great to see old faces and friends back in Japan.  First night after stepping straight from the plane, it was off to Roppongi for Grape Chu Hi`s and Cassis Sodas (which taste like Ribena).  Home at 3.15am.

Next day it was off to Shibuya and Harajuku (brought back so many fun memories).  Then it was off to dinner with Reiki friends.  We had Bijindori - which is Japanese style Mizutaki cooked food (similar to chicken casserole).  Nikie, Coco and Hanna had kindly asked their Reiki Friends to join us.  Rayco trained in Jikiden system of Reiki, and Ryang had studied in Karuna.  Was a lovely blend of spiritual energy.  Then off to Karaoke in Ebisu - followed by another singing session in Roppongi - Nikie thinks I need much practice before Tina comes (he,he,he).  She can really sing Lady Gaga and Bon Jovi ....   then more drinks in Roppongi And who should be in the club - Ma A Nonu, one of the allblacks who`d come to play in Japan following the Rugby world cup.  So Nikie and I had to ask for a photo!  Home again early hours of the morning.

3rd day  Yokohama - China Town for shopping and Yum Char.  Found a lovely pair of wooden hands.  Had to buy them for the healing room.  I`m sure Mum will love them.  As a nice surprise we went to GONPACHI for dinner. (The restaurant where they filmed Kill Bill 2).  We heard about it through our new friend Daniel who travels around the world as a chef.  He`s cooked for some of the rich and famous on his travels such as Oprah and a few millionaires.

So far its been a blast. Lovely meeting new people and catching up with old friends. The only downside has been all the walking. We walk - train or subway everywhere. (I forgot about how much my feet ached 10 years ago when I was here!) he,he,he. Never know, might come home a few kilos lighter :-)

Anyway will keep you updated along the way. To all those at home, thinking of you.

Eat, pray, love and Sayonara XXX Denise

The only thing certain in this world is change ......

01 Oct 2011:  Sonia Choquettes book "Soul lessons and soul purpose" reminds us that we need to live our spirit.  We need to trust our vibes more, embrace lifes tests, shatter negative patterns, temper the ego, follow our inner voice and open our heart.   As our planetary vibration rises and we approach 2012 this is even more important.  Our planet's vibration is changing - it's on the rise and we must raise ours with it.  You may have felt the shift in yourself - that calling to follow your own true divine nature; to meditate, to heal, awaken your soul and intuition, the feeling that what you do day in, day out no longer serves you.

Well this happened to me.  A shock, a big wake up call - thrust out from my comfort zone.  A divine blessing in disguise - an opportunity to live my soul better, to live my spirit.  Fear, my own limitations, negative patterns, thoughts, had tethered me to an environment full of ego.  Although my spirit was suffering, I justified my job by the money I earnt.  I switched off in the weekends and my spare time - choosing to focus on healing/Reiki outside of work.  Then the universe called, the TOWER (tarot terms) came - and I was (for all terms) made Redundant.

TAROT: THE TOWER the ego's willpower and conceit are the walls of the tower that imprison us.  We each build this through our experiences in life.  We call this "mind structure".  Part of this is sincere, part is false.  Our own limitations, our own comfort zone.  When the tower is struck by lightning it sweeps away what no longer serves us.  Only the soul structure remains.  The remnants will become building blocks for a more appropriate future construction.

An opportunity to re-evaluate ....

I am now "unemployed" and loving it.  Taking 4-5 months to be the Authentic me!  To paint, heal, learn, travel and best of all to smile and laugh as much as possible.

Buddha said "the house is destroyed, it consisted of semblance only. Unharmed I proceed,   liberation is my part".

My 1st day of liberation started with painting.  A one on one art class with Nemesh - an outstanding artist.  His teaching methods show you how to express yourself with oil colours and enable you to find your own unique style in painting.  He paints creatively from the heart.  Wow his canvas's are awesome.  I followed my creative day up, with his weekend paint class.   4 paintings in total - learning different techniques; palette knife, colour shapers, dry brush, blending, and layering.  First time I'd ever done anything like this (must I ever did was a paint by numbers)  ..... thrilled with the results.  If you want to live your creative spirit call Nemesh   www.nemeshart.com   027 22 44443   nemeshart@nemeshart.com   (paintings are down the side in order)  My first painting I call "Release".

"The highest contribution you can make on this planet is to become the master of love and light that you are designed to be.  If your heart is open you will receive guidance every step of the way" (Sonia Choquette) - so I was blessed and excited when an invitation came from friends, to spend time in Japan.  A place of fun memories and friendship, from when I last visited 11 years ago on a secondment with Zespri.  Yakatori and Grape Chu-hi's !!   (thank you Nikkie and Coco!).   Also an opportunity to visit Mt Kurama in Kyoto and learn Shinpiden (Japanese style master teachers) in "Komyo Reiki Kai", from Japanese Buddhist monk Hyakuten Inamoto-sensei.   Whom is renown and a great source of knowledge to Western Reiki.   I'm so excited.

Who knows what's in the future.  But a good friend once told me "let be, let god" and that's exactly what I'm doing.   Just going with the flow .... so here's to coffees, lattes and catching up with friends and family.

As I embark on this journey of spirit - will keep you updated along the way.  Will look for employment in the new year, a place where I can smile more!

Till then, like the Julia Roberts movie:  EAT, PRAY, LOVE and LOTS OF SMILES   XXX

Tarot Certificate

Denise has finished Term Two of her Tarot diploma with Fern Mercier, and now has her Tarot Certificate.  3rd terms will start in January 2012 with Fern.   It's so interesting - Unlike the oracle, there's so much to learn with Tarot, the different layouts, the Majors, Minors, Court cards, relationships with numerology, symbols, pictures, colours, layers, personalities, horoscope signs.  It's never-ending and very fascinating.  My deck of choice is the Rider Waite.  On the lastnight of term one we had presentations.  A few photos are on the side.

NZ Reiki Conference - Tina Zion, USA

Denise is Chair on the Reiki Sub-Committee organising the NZ Reiki Conference - to be held in 11-12 August 2012 (NEXT YEAR).   She's been busy organising the conference website with "Chris Shelswell" who produced this website with MAFFEY.COM, and liaising with speakers etc;

We're delighted that TINA ZION has accepted our invitation to talk as a speaker next year.  Tina is a Medical Intuitive, Reiki Master, Author,Psychic and will be talking on HOW TO BECOME A MEDICAL INTUITIVE.  She will also be running a 2 day course while in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington during her stay.  Dates on the courses to be announced!  Denise will be assisting Tina with co-ordinating the Auckland course at Wellpark College.  (Denise, Shona, Angela) will be attending..... if you're interested email denise and she'll keep you informed.

For details of the conference you can view the website, check out the agenda, promo tables etc;   www.reikiconference.co.nz      Denise is supported on the Conference committee by Rachael and Lauren.

Reiki NZ Inc - Development day, Reiki Two

Following the success of "Development day" (Reiki School) for Level 1 in July - Level 2 was  held on the 24th September.   Denise co-ordinated the day at Wellpark college of Natural therapies, and Reiki Yanai (President of Reiki NZ Inc) was tutor.  Supported by the Reiki Committee, 2 classes wereheld throughout the day.   Reiko shared her knowledge from Japan with us.  She talked about the Japanese history behind each symbol, and also showed us the traditonal forms of the characters and symbols.   Was really informative, and indepth.  Keep an eye out for details in the Reiki News / and RNZI president updates and the Reiki NZ website for more events and educational days.     www.reiki.org.nz

The Octopus - 8

We attend many seminars and courses.  My advice to you ... If you're thinking of doing a course and are indecisive or don't have the courage - just get out there and do it!  Or come along with us.  Just contact Denise and she'll keep in informed the next time we attend a seminar.  You're never too young or old to learn, enjoy yourself and have fun!  Every course/seminar/festival you attend, you learn something different (even if its only one thing). Be like an octopus.  The octopus has many tentacles, reaching out to bring things back.

Just like the Octopus, Take something away from each, compile it with the knowledge you already have and do what works for you.  Each persons spiritual path is so different.  There is no wrong or right way.  For instance learning auras; some people see eyes open, some eyes shut, some feel the colours, some hear them.  Everyone can do it.  You just need to practice, try different techniques, read books and find out what works for you - then enhance it.  Just like everyone knows how to write - but each of us has an individual handwriting style.... "Style it" and D.I.Y it!   And don't forget 8 (like 8 tentacles is considered a lucky number). So my fellow Octopus' get out there and search the big blue sea!

Like to book an appointment for a Reiki Session

Whats Reiki Good For?

We still get asked what ailments Reiki is good for - It's good for everything!  Reiki raises the vibration level of cells, stimpulating their own innate healing ability.

Our clients have had a wide range of ailments from high blood pressure, emotional trauma, heart attacks, pacemakers, strokes, cancer, infertility, breathing lung problems, diabetes, organ transplant, bed wetting, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, bad backs, pulled muscles, arthritis, womans problems, to general wellbeing and relaxation.   Reiki never fails to astound us with its far reaching healing benefits for the mind, body, soul and spirit.  When all else fails - Try "something-different", you've nothing to be fearful of - its a very relaxing experience.

Wishing you divine healing, divine guidance, divine protection,

Winter weather can get you down - so remember... Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift.
